How Meditation For Mindfulness Improved My Life Once And For All!

Meditation For Mindfulness
What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the act of being fully present in the moment.
It is also a state of awareness of what is going on around you, where you are, what you’re doing, the sensations, etc.
Mindfulness is a state of mind we can all experience as long as we decide to do so.
Although uncomfortable at first, being able to experience mindfulness will transform your life for the better.
Research has even shown that practicing mindfulness can remodel your brain’s physical structure!
What Is Meditation?
Meditation is the pure practice of mindfulness.
During meditation, you feel all your senses, you focus on your breath, and you stop judging yourself.
You also don’t try to make anything of it. You don’t need to understand the working of the mind.
You just pause for a moment. You just stay still and observe without judgment.
So, How Do I Practice Meditation And Mindfulness?
There are so many ways you can practice.
Many people like guided meditations, where a teacher will instruct you through a meditation session for a certain amount of time.
Moreover, you can practice meditation with music. Many find that music puts them in a calm state of mind.
The easiest way to practice meditation as a beginner is to find 1 minute from your day, close your eyes, place your hand on your stomach, and follow every inhale and every exhale.
Eventually, you will be able to increase your meditation duration to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.
